We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Needs Support Assistant to join a highly supportive and inclusive SEN school in Bromley.   • Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with complex learning needs
  • Supporting children with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) and MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties)
  • Assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily routines where required, always ensuring dignity and respect
  • Adapting and delivering learning activities to meet individual needs and abilities
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to support holistic pupil development
  • Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

  • Experience working with SEN, complex needs, or vulnerable children/adults (desirable, not essential)
