Responsibilities

Providing targeted support to pupils to improve behaviour, engagement, and social-emotional development

Working closely with teachers and support staff to implement effective behaviour strategies

Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering respect, resilience, and responsibility among pupils

Assisting in creating an inclusive, safe, and stimulating learning environment

Monitoring pupil progress, maintaining records, and liaising with parents/carers when required
Qualifications
To be considered for the role of Behaviour Mentor, you will need:

An Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service

The right to work in the UK

Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar pastoral or support role is desirable

A commitment to promoting positive behaviour and supporting children\’s personal development
