Remedy Education is looking for a strong Early Career Teacher (ECT) to support schools with supply teaching assignments.
This is a great opportunity for a confident, enthusiastic teacher who is looking to gain further classroom experience, develop their teaching practice and make a positive impact on pupils' learning.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Be a confident classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management skills.
- Be able to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that support pupils' progress.
- Have a positive, adaptable approach to teaching.
- Be reliable, flexible and available for supply teaching assignments.
We are looking for someone who can confidently step into the classroom, build positive relationships with pupils and maintain a productive learning environment.
