- Have previous experience in school premises management or site supervision.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence and be confident driving between sites.
- Be organised, proactive and able to manage site-related responsibilities independently.
- Have a practical approach to maintenance, site security and health and safety.
- Be reliable and committed to maintaining a safe, clean and well-managed school environment.
- Already hold a valid DBS certificate.
