The Role
- Supporting pupils with Autism (ASD) on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Managing and de‑escalating challenging behaviour using positive behaviour strategies
- Implementing EHCP targets and personalised support plans
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
- Encouraging emotional regulation, communication and independence
- Creating a safe, structured and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience supporting children with ASD
