The Role - ASD Teacher

Seeking a dedicated and resilient ASD Teacher to join a specialist setting to start ASAP. You will deliver a highly structured, differentiated curriculum for pupils with autism and associated needs, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual EHCP outcomes. The role requires strong behaviour management, consistent routines and a calm, proactive approach to supporting emotional regulation and engagement. You will work with small classes, collaborate closely with support staff and contribute to a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils can make meaningful progress.
