SENIOR NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - UK Grocery
Better-for-you drinks. Anything but boring sales role.
At Remedy, we've built our name on making healthier drinks that don't taste like a compromise.
Our award-winning Remedy Kombucha and our cheeky new soft drinks range, Sodaly, are shaking up a category that's been crying out for something with more flavour, more attitude and more fizz.
We're growing fast — and we need someone who can grow just as fast alongside us.
We're looking for a Senior National Account Manager to take the reins on a portfolio of major UK Grocery retailers and turn every opportunity into real, tangible commercial wins.
If you love the chase of a new listing, the buzz of a deal closed, and the satisfaction of watching your brand fly off shelf — keep reading.
- What you'll be doing
- Owning the relationship, not just the account
You'll build serious relationships with buyers across some of the UK's biggest retailers — the kind of relationships that unlock space, not just maintain it.
You'll build 3-year plans, secure new listings and range extensions, and find the angles nobody else has thought of yet.
Making the numbers work
Forecasting, trade spend, promotional tracking, weekly and month-end reporting — you'll keep a tight grip on the commercials so growth is sustainable, not just loud.
You spot the gaps before they become problems and you've got the tactics ready to close them.
Bringing the brands to life
Working hand-in-hand with Marketing, you'll turn listings into standout moments in-store — sampling, features, activations that make shoppers stop and pick us up.
Because winning the listing is only half the job; winning the shelf is the rest.
Leading with insight
You'll use data, category trends and a genuinely sharp read on the soft drinks market to build selling stories that buyers can't ignore — and to shape where Remedy and Sodaly go next.
- What you'll bring
- A track record in Account Management within FMCG — soft drinks, food, or another fast-moving category
- Real relationships with buyers at major UK Grocery retailers
- A history of winning new listings, range extensions and distribution growth — and receipts to prove it
- Sharp commercial instincts and the confidence to challenge a customer and sell a story
- Comfort with data — using it to spot opportunities, not just report on them
- An entrepreneurial streak: you see the gap in the market before anyone points it out
- The energy to keep pace in a business that moves fast and doesn't sit still
- What's in it for you
- Ownership of some of the UK's biggest, most important grocery accounts
- A genuine seat at the table shaping strategy for a brand and a range on the way up
- Real influence over listings, activation and commercial performance — not just admin of what's already there
- A team that's ambitious, entrepreneurial and doesn't do "that's how we've always done it"
- Room to grow as Remedy's UK footprint keeps expanding
If you're commercially hungry, love winning, and want to help build the next big name in drinks, then look no further, we’ve got a Remedy for that.
