Remedicare Staffing are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our established Residential division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a medium-sized, supportive team within a well-respected healthcare recruitment business. You will be working on a 360 recruitment desk, placing candidates nationwide into permanent roles within the residential care sector. We recruit for a range of positions including Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, Registered Managers, Chefs and Nursery Practitioners.

This is a full-cycle role where you will manage both clients and candidates, building long-term partnerships and overseeing the process from initial business development through to successful placement.

The role involves:

  • Full 360 recruitment responsibilities
  • Business development and account management
  • Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates nationwide
  • Recruiting for HCAs, Support Workers, Managers, Chefs and Nursery Practitioners
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with care homes and residential services
