We are currently looking for full time permanent Care Assistants to join one of my clients well established care homes in Wadebridge. This Care Home in Wadebridge is a 35-bed luxury Elderly and Dementia residential home that has a ‘Good’ rated CQC in all areas. We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic, and compassionate Care Assistants, who would be open to progression and joining our family within the Care Home.

Details/Requirements for Care Assistant Role:
  • Full Time – 24/36/42/48 hours contracted per week
  • Pay rate for Care Assistant role: £13.00ph - £13.50ph
  • NVQ 2 or above in Health and Social Care
  • 12-hour shifts (8am – 8pm/8pm to 8am)
  • Alternate weekends
  • 35 bedded Care Home
  • Previous experience working as a Care Assistant in a Care Home
Duties for Care Assistant Role:
  • Motivating residents to get the most out of their day
  • Personal care
  • Administering medication
  • Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
  • Taking part in daytime activities with the residents
