We are currently recruiting for an experienced Unit Manager to join a 40-bed elderly care home just outside Hull on a maternity cover basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior care professional to take on a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of the service and ensuring residents receive high‑quality, person‑centred care.
The Role
- Position: Unit Manager – Maternity Cover
- Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
- Setting: 40-bed elderly care home
- Start Date: ASAP
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous senior experience within an elderly care or residential care home setting.
- Strong knowledge of care planning and risk assessments.
- Experience completing audits and supporting quality assurance.
- Ability to support the day‑to‑day management and smooth running of a care service.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of care and promoting residents' dignity, safety and wellbeing
