The Role
As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of clinical care, compliance, and staff performance. You will play a key role in maintaining CQC standards, mentoring staff, and driving continuous improvement across the home.

- RGN or RMN with active NMC PIN
