About the Role
We are seeking a GDC-registered Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will be running face-to-face consultations, conducting patient scans and X-rays, and guiding patients through their treatment journeys from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Complete consultations, patient scanning, and X-rays in person (3D iTero, CBCT/X-ray suite)
- Discuss treatment options, costs, and facilitate patient decisions with confidence
- Coordinate appointments across dentists, hygienists, and support staff to ensure smooth treatment flow
- Maintain patient records, follow-up, and contribute to optimised patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Registered with the GDC (essential)
- Prior experience in treatment coordination or dental nursing with clinical duties
- Proficiency with dental scanning and radiography
- Excellent communication, organisation, and ability to build rapport with patients
