We are seeking a passionate Manager with a relevant qualification and experience in leadership and management in a Health and Social Care setting.
As the Registered Homecare Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality homecare services that support the rights of customers to live the lives they choose as far as they are able.
This is a Monday to Friday, predominantly office-based role with occasional spot checks and client assessments as required for the successful operation of the service.
The current Registered Manager has recently been promoted within the group, meaning a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to come in and develop the business further with support from the outgoing Manager to settle in.
The successful applicant will join an existing team of Care Coordinators, a Deputy and an Admin, to maintain and develop the customer base and take on further clients whilst playing a key part in the recruitment of additional staff.
You will be working with an award-winning, family-owned care company who is happy to support, train and develop the right individual to become a successful Homecare Registered Manager.

Registered Manager Duties and responsibilities will include: Manage the safety and quality of the business Be responsible for the safe delivery of the service in line with legislative requirements and company policy and procedures Maintain full and accurate records and reporting systems in accordance with legal requirements and to ensure the effective running of the business Managing and developing an effective staff team including recruitment, training and supporting and supervising staff Implement quality management and improvement systems.
