I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider for an experienced Home Manager to lead a 40-bed nursing home in Shrewsbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, values-driven leader with a strong background in Older Person and Dementia Care to join a supportive organisation that values quality, compliance, and strong leadership.

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and strong operational performance. Key responsibilities include:
