We are looking for a Registered Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional, child-centred care for young people. What we’re looking for:
- Significant management experience within a children’s residential environment (minimum 2 years at Deputy/Manager level)
- A therapeutic ethos: your overall mindset, values, and way of working with children that promotes healing, emotional safety and wellbeing
- A passionate advocate for children, experienced in supporting emotional and behavioural needs, and committed to building empowering relationships
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, safeguarding responsibilities, and Ofsted requirements
- A dedicated drive to maintain outstanding standards in care quality and regulatory compliance
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or currently working toward this)
- Full, clean driving license
- No failed Fit Person interviews or disciplinaries to declare
