About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Reading. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment where your success is directly reflected in your earnings and progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360 recruitment), from client acquisition to candidate placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
- Write and advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a target‑driven environment (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Resilience, ambition, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
