Engage Healthcare is a fast-growing boutique healthcare recruitment firm, established in 2021 and already making a strong impact across three key markets. We’re a tight-knit team of high-performing consultants with ambitious plans to become one of the UK’s top healthcare recruitment firms.

So far, our success has been 100% organic—built on expertise, results, and a reputation for excellence. Now, we’re looking for two experienced recruitment consultants to join us on the next stage of our journey.

What’s in it for you?

  • Base Salary: £27,000 – £30,000
  • Uncapped commission – earn up to 25% per month
  • Quarterly Bonuses – up to £3,500 per quarter
  • End of Year Bonus – up to £5,000
  • Company Car or Allowance – £300 per month
