Nursery Manager – Bracknell Salary: £40,000 per annum Full Time, Permanent Are you a passionate leader who loves shaping little futures? We’re on the lookout for an inspiring Nursery Manager to join our client\’s friendly team and lead their vibrant nursery. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Manager with strong leadership and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in early years education, a solid understanding of Ofsted requirements, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding childcare and education. Key Requirements for the Nursery Manager Role: To excel in this role, we are seeking a Nursery Manager with the following: * 2+ years of managerial experience within an early years or nursery setting * Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements * Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification * A confident Nursery Manager who can inspire, support, and grow a brilliant team Responsibilities of the Nursery Manager: As the Nursery Manager, you’ll be the heart of the nursery, making sure everything runs smoothly and every child receives the best start in life.
