We are delighted to introduce an exciting new Nurse Assessor role within our clients beautiful countryside nursing home. The service provides high-quality nursing and dementia care, with a strong emphasis on resident wellbeing and staff satisfaction.
This role is ideal for an experienced nurse seeking greater autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to step into a more senior, non-shift-based position.
Key Responsibilities- Completing Mental Capacity Assessments
- Managing Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
- Providing nurse cover when required
- Completing pre-admission and in-home assessments
- Managing new resident enquiries
- Supporting complaint handling and follow-up processes
- Registered Nurse (RMN / RNLD considered)
- Strong assessment and clinical judgement skills
- Confident communicator with excellent written documentation skills
- Professional, organised, and able to work independently
