We are delighted to introduce an exciting new Nurse Assessor role within our clients beautiful countryside nursing home. The service provides high-quality nursing and dementia care, with a strong emphasis on resident wellbeing and staff satisfaction.

This role is ideal for an experienced nurse seeking greater autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to step into a more senior, non-shift-based position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Completing Mental Capacity Assessments
  • Managing Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
Additional Responsibilities
  • Providing nurse cover when required
  • Completing pre-admission and in-home assessments
  • Managing new resident enquiries
  • Supporting complaint handling and follow-up processes
About You
  • Registered Nurse (RMN / RNLD considered)
  • Strong assessment and clinical judgement skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent written documentation skills
  • Professional, organised, and able to work independently
