An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a Deputy Manager role within a well-established 60-bed EMI care home in Haverfordwest. The service is rated Good across all domains by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), including Leadership & Management, and offers a supportive and well-led working environment.
The Role
- 40 hours per week:
- 16 hours supernumerary management
- 24 hours clinical on the floor
- Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations
- Provide strong clinical leadership to nursing and care teams
- Ensure compliance with CIW regulations and best practice
- Support audits, governance, and quality improvement
- Promote high standards of person-centred EMI care
