Overview: We are looking for a Registered Manager with the drive and dedication to support in the opening of a 3-bed children’s home. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for securing Ofsted registration and driving the development of the home. You will create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children and young people can thrive, while ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards.
Responsibilities:
- Shape the Vision: Embed the culture, values, and environment from day one
- Lead from Day One: Implement high standards for effective operational systems, support initial placements, and establish quality of care and practice.
- Build effective partnerships with families, social workers, and other professionals.
- Develop and deliver personalised care plans based on individual needs, experiences, and goals.
- Lead a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children and young people can thrive, while ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding.
What we are looking for:
- Significant management experience within a children’s residential environment (minimum 2 years at Deputy Manager level).
