We are seeking a Housekeeper to join my clients housekeeping team at their small, all male care home in Chesterfield, where your housekeeping will ensure their residents enjoy a comfortable and hygienic living space every day. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation within the care home, creating a warm and homely atmosphere for both residents and staff. Housekeeper Job Details: * £12.60ph * 37.5 hours per week * Permanent contract * Monday – Friday * 7am – 3pm or 9am – 5pm Housekeeper Responsibilies: * Maintain cleanliness in patient and communal areas * Follow infection control and health & safety procedures * Handle laundry and linen duties efficiently * Report maintenance and stock issues promptly * Work sensitively around patients with mental health needs * Maintain professional boundaries at all times * Support a safe, calm, and therapeutic environment * Collaborate with nursing and facilities teams Housekeeper Requirements: * Experienced working in housekeeping in a care home or similar environment * Previous experience as a Housekeeper is desirable * Understanding of COSHH If you are a caring and compassionate individual who is eager to make a positive impact in the lives of others, please apply for this Housekeeper position now
