On behalf of a well-established Homecare company based in Tower Hamlets, Remedicare are actively recruiting for a dedicated Homecare Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
- Up to £70,000 per annum + bonus!
- 33 days annual leave
As Homecare Manager you will bring significant experience in managing domiciliary care services at Registered Manager level, with a thorough understanding of CQC regulations, governance, and quality assurance. You will be responsible for the overall leadership of the service, ensuring high-quality care delivery, strong governance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
The Homecare Manager will lead a varied team of professionals with a strong branch structure. You will have the support of established Care Coordinators focusing on scheduling and care package amendments, Community Coordinators responsible for spot checks, supervisions and assessments, as well as a dedicated branch admin support team managing compliance and administration.
As the Registered Homecare Manager, you will be a role model in everything you do and represent the company professionally with a wide range of stakeholders and external contacts. You will be reporting directly to the CEO, focusing on the strategic leadership, quality improvement, service development, and maintaining exceptional standards of care.

Homecare Manager Profile:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or Registered Managers Award
- Preferably 2+ years of managerial experience within Domiciliary Care / Homecare
- A strong communicator and motivator with experience in leading a varied staff team
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, inspections, and quality frameworks.
