We are currently recruiting for a Nurse Qualified Home Manager to lead a well-established, resident-focused nursing home in Ipswich, Suffolk. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Home Manager, Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead looking to take the next step in their career with a supportive, family-orientated care provider.
The Role:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- 37.5 hours per week
- Management of a small 30-bed nursing home
- Overseeing nursing, residential and dementia care services
- Leading and developing a dedicated care team
- Ensuring high standards of care, compliance and resident wellbeing
