We are currently recruiting for two senior leadership roles within a well-established Nursing & Residential care home, rated CQC Good in all areas. The service provides care across: Older People | Dementia | Physical Disability.
Registered Home Manager
Salary: Up to £68,000 + performance-related bonus
Deputy Home Manager
Salary: Up to £58,000
What We’re Looking For (Both Roles)
- Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
- Proven leadership experience within a care home setting
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Excellent communication skills, digital literacy, and financial awareness
- Enhanced DBS and a clear, explainable employment history
