We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Nurse Qualified Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home in the Wirral. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive care provider and take responsibility for a resident-focused 30-bed general nursing home. The role would also suit an experienced Deputy Manager looking to take the next step into a Home Manager position.

The Role

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home
  • Lead and develop the clinical and care teams
  • Ensure high standards of person-centred care are maintained
  • Drive occupancy, compliance and quality outcomes
  • Maintain strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals

About You

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN

  • Good knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
  • Passion for delivering outstanding care and improving resident outcomes
