Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home 📍 Location: Walsall, West Midlands 💷 Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum + bonuses 🕒 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are currently recruiting an experienced and passionate Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home to lead the launch and ongoing management of a brand-new 3-bed service in Walsall. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (or a strong Deputy ready for registration) to shape a high-quality service from the ground up. As Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home, you will play a key role in embedding a child-centred culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering outstanding outcomes for children and young people. Full support will be provided throughout the Ofsted registration process by a supportive and experienced senior leadership team. There is also clear progression available, including potential dual registration for the right Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home.
