Role: Registered Manager
Location: Lymington, SO41
Salary: Up to 60,000 DOE
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Size/Type of Home: 2 Bed EBD/LD
Occupancy: 2 CYP, been within the home for several years and very settled
Ofsted: GOOD

Therapeutic Model: Using PACE and DDP

Will also consider a Manager in Training - this role will offer structured support whilst training towards becoming a Registered Manager
What we’re looking for:
- Significant experience within children’s residential care, including minimum 1 year at Deputy Manager level or above
- Confident leadership: Hands-on experience leading teams supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and/or Learning Disabilities (LD)
- A therapeutic ethos: your overall mindset, values, and way of working with children that promotes healing, emotional safety and wellbeing
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, safeguarding responsibilities, and Ofsted requirements
- A dedicated drive to maintain outstanding standards in care quality and regulatory compliance
- Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
