We are currently recruiting for an experienced Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager to join a high-quality nursing home in South Molton. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, Unit Manager or Senior Nurse looking to progress their career within a well-supported and highly regarded service.
The Role
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday supernumerary position
- Every other weekend on duty
- Supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the service
- Leading the clinical team and promoting high standards of care
- Conducting audits, supervision, training and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines
