The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.

Location: Canary Wharf, London

Hours: Full-time (40hrs/week), Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30 or 09:30–18:30 + 1–2 Saturday shifts per month (08:30–18:00)

Pay: Competitive (dependent on experience)

Contract: August 2025 – Late Oct/Early Nov 2026 (with strong potential for a permanent position)

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage high volumes of inbound/outbound calls and appointment bookings
  • Handle reception operations and patient administration
  • Maintain patient records and ensure smooth day-to-day clinic flow
  • Cover occasional front-of-house/back-office tasks as needed
  • Ensure any escalations are escalated to senior staff/management promptly

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a dental receptionist or similar front-of-house role, ideally in private dentistry
  • Exceptional communication skills with professionalism and empathy
  • Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills; familiarity with dental software is advantageous
  • A flexible, positive, and resilient team player
