We are currently recruiting Registered Nurses (RGN / RMN) for a well-regarded 42-bed nursing home in Exeter. The service provides general nursing and dementia care and is CQC rated Good, offering a supportive and well-structured working environment.
Shift & Pay Details
- Days: 07:30 – 19:30
- Nights: 19:30 – 07:30
- Contract: 36 hours per week (days or nights)
- Pay Rate: £21.00 – £23.00 per hour
- Paid breaks included
Staffing on Shift
- 1 Nurse
- 1 Senior Carer (medication trained)
- 5 Care Assistants
The Role
- Deliver safe, high‑quality nursing care
- Medication administration and clinical documentation
- Care planning and risk assessments
- Liaison with families and MDTs
- Support and guide care staff on shift
