Contract: Full time, 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum

Home: 6-Bedded Children's Home (aged 11-18) (EBD)

Current Occupancy: 4 CYP

Leadership Structure: x1 Deputy Manager three days per week and x3 Team Leaders, one of which is full time and currently acting as a second Deputy Manager as part of a planned stepping-up transition.

Overview: We’re looking for a Registered Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional, child-centred care for young people. If you’re a driven and dedicated individual, this role offers the chance to lead, inspire, and create outstanding outcomes. The company's first home opened in 2022 and supports up to 6 children aged 11-18 with Emotional and Behavioural Needs, this is the home the role will be for. They offer a values-led approach to relationship-centred practice, that aims to holistically support children's well-being, learning and social inclusion.

What we're looking for:

  • Significant management experience within a children’s residential environment as a Registered Manager with GOOD/OUTSTANDING results
  • A therapeutic ethos: your overall mindset, values, and way of working with children that promotes healing, emotional safety and wellbeing
  • A passionate advocate for children, experienced in supporting diverse social, emotional, and behavioural needs, and committed to building empowering relationships.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, safeguarding responsibilities, and Ofsted requirements
  • A dedicated drive to maintain outstanding standards in care quality and regulatory compliance
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or currently working toward this)
