Role: Dual-Registered Manager

Locations: Coventry, CV3 & CV4

Base Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 DOE

Bonus: Ofsted registration & performance-related

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Size/ Type of Homes: 3-Bed EBD and 2-Bed EBD two miles from one another

Ofsted rating: N/A new homes

Start Date: ASAP start needed following your required notice and safer recruitment checks

Overview: An opportunity to join a growing company that is well-established in the care sector and expanding their current services to children’s homes. You will be leading the service from the ground up! We’re looking for a Registered Manager to oversee two EBD children's homes, with a passion for delivering exceptional, child-centred care for young people. The Ofsted application has been submitted earlier this year, and everything is in place for the home to become operational including all paperwork. SC2 form will need submitting ASAP. If you’re a driven and dedicated individual, this role offers the chance to lead, inspire, and create outstanding outcomes.

What we're looking for:

  • Significant management experience within a children’s residential environment (minimum 2 years at Deputy or Registered Manager level)
  • Confident leadership: Hands-on experience leading teams supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
  • A therapeutic ethos: your overall mindset, values, and way of working with children that promotes healing, emotional safety and wellbeing
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, safeguarding responsibilities, and Ofsted requirements
  • A dedicated drive to maintain outstanding standards in care quality and regulatory compliance
  • DBS on the update service
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards this)
