We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a well-established, highly rated 40-bed nursing home in Caldicot. This vacancy has arisen due to an internal promotion, with the current Deputy Manager progressing into the Home Manager position. As a result, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and supportive service with strong leadership and excellent career development prospects.

The Role

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 2 clinical shifts per week (8:00am – 6:00pm)
  • 3 supernumerary days per week (9:00am – 5:00pm)
  • On-call rota every other weekend
  • Working closely with the Home Manager to ensure high standards of clinical care and compliance
  • Leading audits, staff supervision, training and team development

  • Two nurses on duty at all times during the day

Package

  • Salary up to £50,000 per annum

About You

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
