We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run nursing home in Banbury for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join their growing team. The Role
- Permanent position – 36 hours per week
- Flexible shift pattern covering both days and nights
- 12-hour shifts (8:00am - 8:00pm / 8:00pm - 8:00am)
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care
- Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records
- Work closely with residents, families and the wider multidisciplinary team
- Support the delivery of safe and effective care across the home
