We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run nursing home in Banbury for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join their growing team. The Role

  • Permanent position – 36 hours per week
  • Flexible shift pattern covering both days and nights
  • 12-hour shifts (8:00am - 8:00pm / 8:00pm - 8:00am)
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records
  • Work closely with residents, families and the wider multidisciplinary team
  • Support the delivery of safe and effective care across the home
