Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position based in Runcorn for a Human Resources Manager at Remedi Healthcare Ltd. The HR Manager will oversee and implement HR initiatives, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy compliance. Daily responsibilities include managing employee onboarding and development, advising on HR best practices, handling conflict resolution, and maintaining HR documentation. Additionally, the role requires developing and implementing strategies that align with company goals and foster a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in employee relations, recruitment, and talent management
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and compliance procedures
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills

- Experience in training, performance management, and employee development
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
