A new luxury Reformer Pilates studio is opening in Wandsworth. We are inviting exceptional Reformer Pilates teachers to join our founding team and help shape a new benchmark for boutique Pilates in South West London. Created as a refined, design-led space, the studio will offer a considered approach to movement, wellbeing and contemporary Pilates. Our focus is on technical excellence, thoughtful programming and an elevated client experience. This is a rare opportunity to be involved from the very beginning, contributing not only to teaching standards but also to the culture, identity and community of a premium studio.
The Role
As a founding teacher, you will deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates group classes with precision, confidence and attention to detail. You will work with a discerning clientele who value expertise, consistency and a premium approach to movement. You will play an integral role in establishing the studio’s teaching style, client journey and professional standards, while contributing to a calm, polished and welcoming studio environment.
About You
- You are an accomplished Reformer Pilates teacher with a refined teaching style and a deep understanding of movement, anatomy and client care.
- You bring both technical skill and presence to your classes, with the ability to engage, challenge and support clients at a high level.
- Comprehensive Reformer Pilates certification (BASI, STOTT, Polestar, Balanced Body, APPI or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 years’ professional teaching experience.
- Confident, polished presence and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to deliver premium, detail-led group classes.
- Professional, reliable and detail-driven.
- Experience in boutique or luxury wellness environments, additional apparatus training or specialist expertise (e.g. pre/postnatal or rehabilitation) is advantageous.
