We understand this may not be straightforward for everyone (for example, if you've been in full-time education, taken time out due to Covid-19, or other circumstances), and our client is happy to have a conversation about your individual situation. However, please be aware that thorough reference checks are a mandatory part of their recruitment process. This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
