Requirements:
- Minimum three years' healthcare management or supervisory experience

- Knowledge of ophthalmic or surgical procedures is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Responsibilities:
- Support daily clinic operations and maintain efficient workflow
- Oversee scheduling for surgeries and patient appointments
- Address patient enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Carry out diagnostic scans when required
- Supervise and support staff performance and development
- Monitor inventory, finances, and billing processes
- Maintain accurate patient records

The clinic operates Monday to Sunday between 8am-7pm and you will be contracted for four hours a week over five days within these times.
