We are currently seeking an experienced PMO / Analyst to join a high-profile transformation programme within a leading financial services environment. This role will support a critical workstream focused on Third-Party Risk Management, with a particular emphasis on rolling out comms and training capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide PMO and analyst support across Data and Tooling initiatives within the workstream.
- Support the definition, documentation, and translation of business and technical requirements into structured solution deliverables.
- Coordinate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and working sessions relating to tooling and data initiatives.
- Track actions, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across the programme.
- Support the development and documentation of automation and AI-enabled use cases.
- Produce and maintain key programme artefacts including:
- Requirements documentation
- Process flows and workflow maps
- RAID logs
- Governance reporting
- Stakeholder updates and presentations
- Action trackers and delivery plans
- Support continuous improvement and simplification initiatives across operational and technology processes.
- Ensure deliverables are clearly documented, organised, and aligned to programme objectives and governance standards.
