We are seeking a Technology Strategy & Transformation Analyst to join a large-scale technology transformation programme within a complex enterprise environment. This is a highly visible role working across business and technology teams to identify opportunities for automation, simplification and AI adoption, helping shape and drive strategic technology initiatives from concept through to delivery.

The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, solve complex problems and support the prioritisation and execution of a diverse portfolio of technology change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse data, processes and technology landscapes to identify opportunities for optimisation, automation and simplification
  • Support the development and assessment of AI and emerging technology use cases
  • Work closely with technology, architecture, delivery and business teams to shape and progress strategic initiatives
  • Gather requirements, perform impact assessments and support solution evaluation activities
  • Contribute to portfolio planning, prioritisation and technology roadmaps
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and help drive alignment across multiple teams
  • Support the delivery of technology transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programmes
  • Produce clear analysis, recommendations and actionable insights to support decision making
Experience Required
  • Experience working within technology transformation, technology strategy, architecture, innovation or change programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience identifying and delivering process improvement, automation or technology-enabled change initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience working with data to support business and technology decision making
  • Ability to operate effectively across both technical and non-technical stakeholder groups
  • Experience within large, complex organisations
Desirable
  • Exposure to enterprise architecture, technology strategy or technology governance environments
  • Experience assessing AI, Generative AI or automation opportunities
  • Financial services, banking or regulated industry experience
  • Experience supporting portfolio management, prioritisation or roadmap planning activities
