We are currently seeking an experienced PMO / Analyst to join a high-profile transformation programme within a leading financial services environment. This role will support a critical workstream focused on Third-Party Risk Management, with a particular emphasis on rolling out comms and training capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide PMO and analyst support across Data and Tooling initiatives within the workstream.
- Support the definition, documentation, and translation of business and technical requirements into structured solution deliverables.
- Coordinate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and working sessions relating to tooling and data initiatives.
- Track actions, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across the programme.
- Support the development and documentation of automation and AI-enabled use cases.
- Produce and maintain key programme artefacts including:
- Requirements documentation
- Process flows and workflow maps
- RAID logs
- Governance reporting
- Stakeholder updates and presentations
- Action trackers and delivery plans
- Support continuous improvement and simplification initiatives across operational and technology processes.
- Ensure deliverables are clearly documented, organised, and aligned to programme objectives and governance standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong PMO, Business Analysis, or Programme Support experience within transformation or technology programmes.
- Experience supporting requirements gathering and solution delivery activities.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- Experience supporting tooling, data, or technology-focused initiatives.
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured documentation and delivery outputs.
- Strong organisational and documentation capabilities.
- Experience supporting workshops, governance forums, and delivery tracking activities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced programme environments.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to or experience with:
- Technology solution design
- AI or automation use case development
- Workflow optimisation and process improvement
- Six Sigma and/or Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Operational Resilience or Business Continuity programmes
