Client: Global Consultancy supporting a Financial Services client

We are currently looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a major global transformation programme focused on Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). Working as part of a leading consultancy, you will support the Operating Model workstream for a large Financial Services organisation, playing a key role in ensuring successful business adoption of a new global operating model.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Change Manager who has delivered organisational change within complex, enterprise-wide programmes and enjoys working with senior stakeholders across global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead change management activities for the Operating Model workstream.
  • Conduct change impact assessments across global business functions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
  • Assess organisational readiness and identify adoption risks.
  • Create and deliver communications and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Develop implementation, deployment and go-live plans.
  • Coordinate implementation activities, including hypercare and post-go-live support.
  • Work closely with programme, business, HR, Operations and implementation teams to drive successful adoption.
  • Build strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Monitor change effectiveness and recommend improvements to maximise business outcomes.
Required Experience
  • Proven experience as a Change Manager on large-scale global transformation programmes.
  • Strong track record delivering organisational change within complex, matrix environments.
  • Experience conducting change impact assessments, readiness assessments and stakeholder analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across multiple business functions.
  • Demonstrable experience developing communications, engagement and adoption strategies.
  • Experience supporting implementation, go-live planning and hypercare activities.
  • Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
Desirable
  • Experience delivering change within Financial Services.
  • Knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), procurement, risk or operating model transformation programmes.
  • Consultancy experience or experience working alongside consulting partners.
