We are seeking an experienced Change & Implementation SME to join a high-profile global Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) transformation programme. Working for a leading consultancy on behalf of a major Financial Services client, you will lead change and implementation activities for the Operating Model workstream, ensuring a successful rollout of the new Target Operating Model across global business functions.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong organisational change expertise with hands-on implementation delivery experience and has successfully delivered complex transformation programmes within large, global organisations.
The Role
As the Change & Implementation SME, you will take ownership of the planning, coordination and execution of change and implementation activities, ensuring business readiness and successful adoption throughout the programme lifecycle. Working with stakeholders across Business, Operations, Risk, HR, Technology and Programme Delivery, you will drive implementation planning, manage deployment activities, coordinate go-live support and help embed the new operating model across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change and implementation activities for the Operating Model workstream.
- Develop and coordinate implementation and deployment plans.
- Conduct change impact and business readiness assessments.
- Build and execute change, communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Coordinate go-live activities, implementation milestones and hypercare support.
- Identify and manage implementation risks, issues and dependencies.
- Partner with Business, Operations, Risk, HR, Technology and Programme teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive business adoption and ensure a smooth transition to the Target Operating Model.
- Monitor implementation progress and provide regular updates to programme leadership.
Required Experience
- Proven experience leading change and implementation activities within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong background delivering organisational change in complex, global environments.
- Experience managing implementation planning, deployment and go-live activities.
- Demonstrable experience conducting change impact assessments and business readiness planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across multiple business functions.
- Strong programme coordination, planning and risk management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and organisational skills.
Desirable
- Experience within Financial Services.
- Knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), operating model transformation, procurement or risk programmes.
- Previous consultancy experience or working alongside consulting partners.
