The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of your desk – combining business development, account management, and candidate delivery. We work across sectors including construction, engineering, and property; however, you will have the flexibility to continue within your current market or build out a sector of your choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Winning new business and developing your own client base
- Managing and growing existing client relationships (account management)
- Delivering high-quality candidates through proactive headhunting
