This is a hands-on role that involves overseeing the full operational and administrative management of 'soft services' in the venue, ensuring high-quality service delivery and maintaining strong client relationships.
Venue Manager Role: As a Services Venue Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and day-to-day management of all venue operations. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, oversee compliance and risk management, and lead a team to deliver excellent service standards.
Venue Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient management of venue operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
- Plan, schedule, and manage events, ensuring all logistical requirements are met for the soft services that your team are responsible for.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with venue representatives and stakeholders.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance to ensure high service standards.
- Ensure all administrative reporting, compliance, and risk management requirements are met.
- Oversee stock control of Services venue supplies.
- Implement and maintain safe working practices, ensuring health & safety compliance.
- Provide regular reports and performance reviews to senior management and clients.
