Senior Electronics Design Engineer
Salisbury | £50,000 - £65,000 DOE | Full-time, Permanent
Remarkable Jobs are recruiting for a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join an established and highly skilled R&D team based in Salisbury.
This is a hands-on design role, working on high-end, technically complex electronic products from initial concept right through to production.
The role
- Digital circuit design - DSP, FPGA, microprocessors, DAC/ADC, Ethernet & DDR
- High-speed digital design
- Analogue circuit and audio filter design
- Linear & switched-mode power supplies
- Schematic capture & PCB layout
- Prototyping, debugging and bench testing
- EMC / ESD
- Supporting designs through to manufacture
What we're looking for
- Strong commercial electronics design experience
- Electronics Engineering degree or similar
- Experience with DSP, FPGA and/or high-speed digital systems
- Analogue electronics experience
- PCB / ECAD experience - Altium preferred
- Strong lab and debugging skills
- Knowledge of EMC / ESD standards
- RF, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or audio electronics experience would be a bonus
