Property Sales Manager Role:
As a Property Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end property sales process. You’ll drive business growth, manage client relationships, and lead by example in a competitive sales environment. The right candidate will have a passion for property, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close deals.

Property Sales Manager Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full sales cycle from market appraisal to property completion

Generate new business through valuations, networking, and referrals

Support and mentor junior sales staff to maximise team performance

Conduct viewings and negotiate offers, ensuring a smooth sales process

Maintain excellent client service standards and build long-term relationships

What They Are Looking For:

Previous experience in residential property sales

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Experience in a managerial or team-leading role

Knowledge of the local Farnborough property market
