We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team and take ownership of a high-profile national account portfolio supporting the rollout and ongoing development of a major multi-site solution. This is a strategic, relationship-led role with strong commercial and growth potential.
Key Account Manager Role:As a Key Account Manager, you will lead the management and development of a high-profile national account portfolio, working closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to support the continued rollout of this solution across a large national estate. You will take responsibility for building long-term partnerships, identifying commercial opportunities, and supporting the scale-up of a new and evolving product offering.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and develop a major national key account portfolio across the UK
- Act as the primary relationship owner for senior client stakeholders
- Lead commercial discussions, contract development and account growth
- Identify and deliver upsell opportunities including additional cameras and complementary products
- Work closely with Account Managers and internal technical teams
- Support the rollout and optimisation of new sites nationally
- Maintain open communication and strong stakeholder relationships throughout the programme
Essential:
- Proven Key Account Manager experience (2-3+ years) in a commercial environment
- Experience managing multi-site or national accounts
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial mindset with account growth experience
- Comfortable with some UK travel (around 10%) and attending Berkshire HQ 1-2 days per week
- Full UK driving licence - essential

- Experience within security or camera-based infrastructure environments
- Experience working closely with Account Managers or delivery teams
- Forward thinking and commercially astute
