Remarkable Jobs are recruiting on behalf of our fantastic client, a fast-growing technology and solutions business, who are expanding a major national programme across the UK. We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team and take ownership of a high-profile national account portfolio supporting the rollout and ongoing development of a major multi-site solution. This is a strategic, relationship-led role with strong commercial and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a major national key account portfolio across the UK
- Act as the primary relationship owner for senior client stakeholders
- Lead commercial discussions, contract development and account growth
- Identify and deliver upsell opportunities including additional cameras and complementary products
- Work closely with Account Managers and internal technical teams
- Support the rollout and optimisation of new sites nationally
- Maintain open communication and strong stakeholder relationships throughout the programme
What They Are Looking For:
Essential:
- Proven Key Account Manager experience (2-3 years) in a commercial environment
- Experience managing multi-site or national accounts
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial mindset with account growth experience
- Comfortable with some UK travel (around 10%) and attending Berkshire HQ 1-2 days per week
- Full UK driving licence - essential
Desirable:
- Experience within security or camera-based infrastructure environments
- Experience working closely with Account Managers or delivery teams
